1. The service
The service lets you exchange one digital asset for another through third-party swap networks, which never pass your funds through us. Swaps to Monero (XMR) go through our own desk instead: it receives your deposit in its own wallet and, once your deposit is confirmed, buys your XMR with it from an independent seller on eigenwallet’s network at the seller’s price, and the seller’s XMR is sent to your address. We hold your deposit until the purchase is complete. If a seller fails, your order waits while the desk buys from another seller, and the network fees of the failed attempt are taken from your deposit; nothing is refunded automatically, and we return your deposit only when you ask for it on your order’s page or our team decides to.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the addresses you provide and for sending, in one transaction, an amount your swap takes: exactly the amount shown if you entered one, or an amount within the range shown.
3. Fees
Every swap shows its total cost before you confirm it, or, for an amount within a range, its fees as a share of what arrives plus the network fees.
4. Changes
We may update these terms; the version you accepted is recorded with your swaps.
